Debbie Luttjohan
We are pleased to announce the Oakey’s Hospice Caregivers Award winner for July 2016 is Debbie Luttjohan of Good Samaritan Hospice.
Debbie was nominated for this award by her peers, friends and hospice families for her dedicated service to hospice patients and their families.
The following is from Debbie’s nomination form:
“Debbie has been with Good Sam for 2 1/2 years. Not once have I heard a harsh or unkind word come out of her mouth. She never complains about her workload despite several times our census has surged and she carried far more than her weight and was still positive and quick to offer her coworkers a hand. Debbie has overcome some personal health issues, but never allowed that to diminish her commitment to her patients. Debbie goes above and beyond and is such an advocate for our patients at such a fragile time at their end of life journey. Please consider this sweet soul for this award.”
