As an adult leader in Scouting, I was blessed to witness Troy working with my son and other boys during his Brown Sea Island experience at Camp Powhatan two summers ago. Troy was patient and kind to lead these young men in learning skills necessary to achieve First Class. He has planted the seeds so they can also share their knowledge and skills of Scouting to others. The boys of the Flaming Toilet Paper Patrol thank you for being a mentor and will continue to honor your memory as they prepare to go to Philmont this summer.02/15/2012
