Bobbie Simpkins
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Mrs. Kepley working in the office of Stonewall Jackson Jr. High when some of my kids were there and she was always so nice and sweet that she just brightened the day. I would like to say, Mr. Kepley that you were a very lucky man to have had her in your life (as was she to have you). You both were just such people people. I was at Jefferson when you took the basketball team to the championship and my Father(Robert Bishop) always talked about you from Radford High before he passed away. I know that you had to have raised wonderful children because the two of you were so special. We that knew her and her thoughtfulness will miss her greatly.
